2's and Counting
- The number 2 has some real significance for those of us at Gold Country Termite Control.
We are beginning the new millennium in the year 2000; we are
starting our 25th year in business in Nevada County; we now have 2
inspectors to expedite all inspection orders. So you can see, there is a real reason to celebrate twice (2 x's) as much.

- Located in the Brunswick basin of Grass Valley, our office is open five days each week
(opening at 9:00 A.M.). We have a fully staffed office, always there to answer any
questions at any time. We offer a 24 hour turn-around on processing reports, and we
make deliveries in person whenever possible.

- If you are selling a home, buying a home, or need an inspection for your clients, give
us a call or just stop by our office anytime with questions, comments, or simply to say
"Hi".

What is Section I and Section II?
- Section I contains items where there is evidence of active infestation, infection or
conditions that have resulted in, or from, infestation or infection. Section II
items are conditions deemed likely to lead to infestation or infection, but where no
visible evidence of such was found. If an area is not accessible for inspection, but
could otherwise be accessible except due to storage, locked doors, etc., a further
inspection will be called for in that area (this is to be done at an additional charge).
